Please provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Returning Items - Once you have notified us of your intention to return, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds timing - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at the details above.

Refund of standard outbound shipping - We will refund the standard outbound shipping cost as part of your return. We do not refund premium or express shipping charges.

Return shipping responsibility - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exemptions - Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. personal massagers or intimate wellness products).

Late or Missing Refunds - If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us if the issue persists.
